1) How does he mesmerize people? I'm not against Rhode being affected, but she's got mental powers as well so we could see how that might work out.

It's never quite explained, but I assume it's close to mind control. It's how vampires get their prey to be quiet and compliant, so I think it's fairly strong...but I'm playing it as being much weaker against people who have telepathy or other mental powers. Maybe it'd just be more like "power of suggestion" on people like her?

1) Lucian's mind is well-guarded by his pokemon, Bronzong.

2) Bronzong, being a psychic-type, does have telepathy abilities, but really only uses them for communication with Lucian and others of the pokecast. Lucian has no psychic prowess of his own.

Not sure how much this will affect anything since Lucian is a guy, but never hurts. :)

Wellp, no chicks here, but Yuca Collabell is an immortal. Meaning, he's been alive since what's probably close to the beginning of his world. I don't know the canon, but I know in some vampire myths, they can sense stuff like that? He reincarnates, but his soul stays intact, if that makes a difference.

Will (elite four member from HGSS) has his Xatu which can not only see into the future at all times, but can also see into the past simultaneously. Though, it doesn't always tell him what it sees unless it makes him in immediate danger, so that's not too much of an issue. Like Lucian, Will doesn't appear to have any psychic prowess of his own, other than little magician tricks.

Horst will probably be freaked out if he realizes Xatu can see his past, but otherwise be friendly-and-curious about the whole pokemon companionship thing.

And he'll probably end up prodding Yuca for details, since anything to do with reincarnation makes him hope that Johannes can have some sense beaten into him.

Ee, Alucard! ♥ Yeah Horst doesn't tend to like other vampires, and Alucard is definitely much stronger than he is. He'll probably keep a polite distance until unless Johannes gets into trouble with Alucard.

- Hinata, as a Hyuuga, can discnern energy patterns inside a body and most ninja can dispel low level illusion spells, so she might get caught, but snap out of it. She doesn't have any powers that would allow her to get into his mind, barring animus.

- As a shinigami, Unohana is attuned tot he energy of people as well, and how it changes. She's also especially wary of illusions due to history in her world. However, she quite likes the vampires here so far and is willing to help by supplying blood.
She doesn't really have powers to get into people's minds, but she can be pretty insightful at times, basing most of her deductions on physical symptoms that she can feel thanks to her healer trainng. for example, she can tell if someone who looks perfectly calm is in fact afraid of nervous because she can feel their heartbeat and their breathing rate and if they're sweating.

- Vincent has a demon inside who doesn't like people prodding, but who also doesn't prod into people's heads.

Johannes mainly uses his ability to keep people from freaking out when he feeds, so that could definitely get him in trouble xD he doesn't want people to know he's undead. It cramps his style :(

So, uh, Skywalker here. He's got the Force. I'm not sure how that works against the vampire powers, but I'm guessing he'd just be pretty resistant.

And as far as my girls go. Faye and Hermione are both pretty strong-minded (I don't know if that has anything to do with it, I'm just kind of basing my understanding of that on Jedi mind tricks to be honest, lol), but you're welcome to try stuff on them! <3

/Fills this out for you like, a month late, because I just now realized, hey, it might be important! I'm okay, really.

- Cloud is really observant, and he would probably realize sooner or later that something is out of the ordinary. Then again, Sephiroth managed to control him rather easily, but that was through the use of Jenova cells. Which is the next point, Cloud has Jenova cells, which is basically an evil, two thousand year old calamity who doesn't like people messing with her "children" as they're called, and really won't like it if her cells are somehow found and messed with. Also, because of them, and because the crazy bitch is inside his head, he has strong mental blocks, so it would take a while to get past them.

Aka, you can try, Horst, and Cloud will do that tossing you out a window into the sunlight thing. xD

For Hotaru, Horst is a pretty good person most of the time, and people in his world (even magicians) don't seem to sense anything weird about him until he shows some of his powers (super speed/strength/invisibility). I'm not sure if she'd sense anything about him in that case but if it's just a general supernatural sense that she has, then go right ahead.

1) It probably won't work too well, unless Horst is much stronger than Armand. Armand has been around for a long while and typically counted along with the 'ancients' of the vampires, and things like hypnotism and mind reading have always been his strongest.

2) He does have the aforementioned abilities, but he isn't one to typically pry when he is trying to make friends. (He has a permissions post as well)

Should probably hit this up...

1) The twins have very powerful mental shields and Rubedo is specifically resistant to mind control. But Rubedo's also a little weird and wouldn't really care if a vampire fed on him as long as said vampire asked first and didn't take enough to do any worse than making him woozy.

2) They do have some telepathic abilities, but they generally don't prod without reason. And with Horst's mind being actively guarded they'd need to reach through his body and into his mind to get anything anyway.
