1) Kurotsuchi's a shinigami, and apart from crazy reiatsu and whathaveyou, he'd probably be susceptible to that sort of thing. Though he's a guy, so. :D; Yama's more tricky, being a Yama - I don't think she'd be immune, but it might take more effort/prolonged exposure?
