1) Horst is a vampire. He can mesmerize people, although he limits that mostly to women. Can that affect you?

2) Horst's mind is fairly guarded, thanks to his being a vampire. If your character has powers that might affect that let me know?

It's never quite explained, but I assume it's close to mind control. It's how vampires get their prey to be quiet and compliant, so I think it's fairly strong...but I'm playing it as being much weaker against people who have telepathy or other mental powers. Maybe it'd just be more like "power of suggestion" on people like her?

That would work for me! She's mentally powerful, but only in her own realm (the realm of sleep/dreams) so if they met in person I could see his power affecting her, in that case!
