1) Horst is a vampire. He can mesmerize people, although he limits that mostly to women. Can that affect you?

2) Horst's mind is fairly guarded, thanks to his being a vampire. If your character has powers that might affect that let me know?

Wellp, no chicks here, but Yuca Collabell is an immortal. Meaning, he's been alive since what's probably close to the beginning of his world. I don't know the canon, but I know in some vampire myths, they can sense stuff like that? He reincarnates, but his soul stays intact, if that makes a difference.

Will (elite four member from HGSS) has his Xatu which can not only see into the future at all times, but can also see into the past simultaneously. Though, it doesn't always tell him what it sees unless it makes him in immediate danger, so that's not too much of an issue. Like Lucian, Will doesn't appear to have any psychic prowess of his own, other than little magician tricks.

Horst will probably be freaked out if he realizes Xatu can see his past, but otherwise be friendly-and-curious about the whole pokemon companionship thing.

And he'll probably end up prodding Yuca for details, since anything to do with reincarnation makes him hope that Johannes can have some sense beaten into him.

Yuca's reincarnation is somewhat of a well-known secret after he attacked Ads a few months back. The older characters know about it, but nobody really warns anyone XD. Yuca himself doesn't show it at all, and usually keeps it secret- but vampy-boy totally has permission to sense that something is weird with him.

I'm not sure how much of a threat Xatu is- it's never really explained if Xatu can see other pasts or just sees its own in various visions. I honestly haven't done too much with its special ability since I'm worried about godmoding or something XD

That could be fun to play with at some point though :3 Horst will probably be poking around at both of them, once he's seen them face to face.
