1) Horst is a vampire. He can mesmerize people, although he limits that mostly to women. Can that affect you?

2) Horst's mind is fairly guarded, thanks to his being a vampire. If your character has powers that might affect that let me know?

I play three boys. Two of which are 13 and under.

Though, Al's had his mind rolled by a certain vampire a fair number of times, (namely, one that could pull specific thoughts from his brain) so he'd possibly have a "waitwhat" moment if Horst poked him.

XD Ah yeah Horst won't bother them. Except he likes kids and hates they have to be stuck here so he might say hi and show them magic tricks or something.

Kotarou's twelve, he's loud and kind of hard to miss. His best friend is a mage, so he'd be all up on the magic tricks he hasn't seen before.

Ciel will probably be less amused, he's thirteen (but looks younger) he's got an eyepatch and a :| face all the time, BUT WE WILL FIND OUT.
