1) Horst is a vampire. He can mesmerize people, although he limits that mostly to women. Can that affect you?

2) Horst's mind is fairly guarded, thanks to his being a vampire. If your character has powers that might affect that let me know?

Hinata would not be able to tell he's undead, but Unohana will notice (it's pretty much her job, after all), although she won't start telling it to everyone.

Vincent will probably not notice by himself, but Chaos, the demon inside him, might. however, there's no guarantee he will tell Vincent or share with anyone.

Also, feel free to try on Hinata. Like Sakura, she'll defend herself once she snaps out of it, though.
