1) Horst is a vampire. He can mesmerize people, although he limits that mostly to women. Can that affect you?

2) Horst's mind is fairly guarded, thanks to his being a vampire. If your character has powers that might affect that let me know?

XD Horst has been known to steal Johannes's girls before, so he'd probably focus on Rei just because she talks to his little brother and that is Weird.
