You know, it's summer and I'm sleeping quite a bit more--consider it my hibernation period. But that's really not much of an excuse not to get to know all these newcomers, especially with so many people leaving....

I'm Horst Cabal. I run a bar, sometimes. I'm going to start a school--everyone is welcome to attend or teach a class.

School really isn't much more than a time-waster, though. What use is education in a place like this?

To pass time constructively. We can teach people how to build things--then they'd be better equipped to improve or repair the buildings.
